BFD is an complete 20 to 60 min intense calorie-burning, body workout exercise series that is made up of cardio strength training circuits that are designed to build lean muscle, obliterate fat, and push your weight-loss potential to the highest level.

 

About this routine

After completing the 10 min. warm up we move directly into the main workout which is a combination of a HIIT exercise and a traditional strength exercise for the lower and upper body. We start by doing of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest (rest with boxer shuffle). After each workout then give yourself a short water break, then finish up the last 3 workouts. Once done with the last group move directly to a stretch/cooldown to complete this routine.
